When working with Kreger Realty, you will notice we are a little different.  Our realty firm works directly with Kreger Law Firm, which gives our clients access to real estate and legal solutions.  Also, our realtors, attorneys and staff strive to be as accessible as possible.  To that end, you have direct access to us by email, cell phone, and text message, so if you want to speak to your realtor or attorney,  you will know how to reach us directly.

We will do whatever it takes in order to thoroughly and aggressively handle your real estate matter and achieve a successful outcome that surpasses your expectations.

Consultations

We offer a variety of communication methods to conduct your consultation.  We can consult with you in-person in our conference room, in-person in your home, on the telephone, or over email.  In your consultation, we will assess your real estate matter, explain the steps we recommend, and provide you with a quote for our fees.

Legal Services

As both a real estate brokerage and a law firm, we are able to offer a more expansive set of professional services than you will typically find with just a real estate brokerage or just a law firm.  We can help you sell your home, offer market analysis, advise you on the purchase of a new house, and guide you through the entire closing process.  As attorneys, we can also deal with contract disputes, landlord/tenant issues, contractor disagreements, closing problems, and much more.  Our goal is to make the entire real estate process as smooth and simple as possible for our clients.
